- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cup warm (not boiling) water
Boil water, then let it cool slightly until just warm.
Add grated ginger and cinnamon powder to a large mug or bowl.
Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Let the drink steep for 3–5 minutes.
Sip slowly while warm.
