Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cup warm (not boiling) water

Instructions
 

  • Boil water, then let it cool slightly until just warm.
  • Add grated ginger and cinnamon powder to a large mug or bowl.
  • Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • Let the drink steep for 3–5 minutes.
  • Sip slowly while warm.

Notes

  • You can steep it longer for a stronger flavor.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you're feelin’ spicy—it’ll give the metabolism a lil' boost.
  • Don’t drink it ice-cold; it works best warm.
  • I always use raw, unfiltered ACV and local honey.
  • Feel free to double the batch and refrigerate half for the next day (just rewarm gently).
