Corned Beef Crock Pot Recipe

- 3-4 lb flat cut corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
- 8 small red potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 onion, peeled and chunked
- 4 cups beef broth
- ½ head of cabbage, chopped (optional but recommended!)
Rinse your corned beef brisket under cold water.
Place brisket into the crock pot and pour in beef broth.
Sprinkle the seasoning packet over the meat.
Set to low and cook for 8-9 hours.
Halfway through, add in the potatoes, carrots, and onion.
If using cabbage, toss it in during the final hour of cooking.
Remove beef and slice against the grain. Serve with veggies.
