Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
In one bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Divide batter in two bowls — tint one pink, the other blue.
Spoon a little of each color into muffin cups. Lightly swirl with a toothpick.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
