- 1 lb tortellini (cheese or meat-filled)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup grated Romano cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
