  • 1 cup brewed black coffee
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1-2 drops vanilla extract (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (stevia or monk fruit preferred)

Instructions
 

  • Brew your favorite cup of black coffee using a French press or drip coffee maker.
