This creamy Ninja Creami vanilla ice cream recipe is simple, delicious, and endlessly adaptable. With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, you’ll be scooping up soft, velvety dessert in no time. Perfect for adding your favorite mix-ins or keeping it classic with pure vanilla flavor.

Ingredients

1/2 ounce cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk (whole or alternative)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Warm the cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of cream until softened.
  2. Transfer to a Ninja Creami pint container and whisk in the sugar until it dissolves.
  3. Slowly mix in the rest of the cream and milk. Add vanilla.
  4. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours (overnight preferred).
  5. Attach to the Ninja Creami and select "ice cream" or "lite ice cream" mode. Let it churn fully.
  6. Re-spin if crumbly, then add mix-ins if using and run "mix-in" mode.
  7. Scoop and serve right away, or refreeze.

Notes

  • Don’t fill past the max lineβ€”leave about 1/2 inch from the top.
  • For protein versions, use premade protein shakes and pudding mix.
  • Mix-ins like cookies or fruit? Add *after* the first spin.
  • Store leftovers up to 2 days. Let thaw 10-15 mins before scooping.
