A cozy and refreshing metabolism-boosting drink made with fresh ginger, lemon, cinnamon, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Perfect for jumpstarting your morning naturally.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 tablespoon raw honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 cups warm (not boiling) water

Instructions

  1. Boil water, then let it cool slightly until just warm.
  2. Add grated ginger and cinnamon powder to a large mug or bowl.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Let the drink steep for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Sip slowly while warm.

Notes

  • You can steep it longer for a stronger flavor.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you're feelin’ spicy—it’ll give the metabolism a lil' boost.
  • Don’t drink it ice-cold; it works best warm.
  • I always use raw, unfiltered ACV and local honey.
  • Feel free to double the batch and refrigerate half for the next day (just rewarm gently).
