My original slow cooker crack chicken is creamy, cheesy pulled chicken with bacon and ranch. This easy slow cooker recipe is an internet smash, created with busy families in mind!

Ingredients

Scale

3 lbs boneless chicken breasts

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese

2 (1 oz) packets dry ranch seasoning

8 oz bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning to your slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  3. Once cooked, use a fork to shred the chicken right in the pot.
  4. Stir in the crispy crumbled bacon.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy however you like it!

Notes

  • Go for full-fat block cream cheese—it melts smoother.
  • Want more cheese? Add some shredded cheddar before serving.
  • Got leftovers? Store ’em in the fridge up to 3 days, reheat with a splash of broth.
  • Try it baked! Transfer to a casserole dish, top with cheese, and broil till bubbly.
  • Great for game day, lazy dinners, or anytime you need that creamy, cheesy comfort.
