Sweet cream cold foam is a smooth, lightly sweet topper for iced or hot coffee. It's quick, creamy, and tastes just like the ones from your favorite café.

Ingredients

1/4 cup whole milk

2 Tbsp heavy cream

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar to a glass or 8oz jar.
  2. Use a handheld frother to whip the mixture until it becomes light and foamy.
  3. If you don't have a frother, seal the jar tightly and shake it hard until the foam forms.
  4. Pour the sweet cream cold foam over your hot or iced drink and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • If you let the foam sit for too long, it can separate—just whisk it briefly again before using.
  • Want it dairy-free? Use oat milk and skip the cream, or try coconut cream for a tropical spin.
  • This cold foam is best enjoyed fresh while it's still dreamy and fluffy.
