Chasing Childhood Dreams: Making Cotton Candy Cloud Bites!
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk
1 large egg
¼ cup butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cotton candy flavoring (or more for stronger taste)
A few drops of pink & blue food coloring
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
2️⃣ In one bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring.
4️⃣ Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
5️⃣ Divide batter in two bowls — tint one pink, the other blue.
6️⃣ Spoon a little of each color into muffin cups. Lightly swirl with a toothpick.
7️⃣ Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8️⃣ Let cool. Optional: Top with whipped frosting and cotton candy pieces for extra flair! 🧁✨
