16 oz. low-fat small curd cottage cheese (Good Culture for best flavor)
2 eggs
½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded (56g)
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. Italian seasoning
½ tsp. salt
Pinch of black pepper
10 oz. frozen spinach, defrosted and strained
