Ingredients
Scale
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp melted butter
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Cut it into small squares (about 3x3 inches each).
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce onto each square.
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni on top.
Carefully roll up each square and pinch the edges to seal the filling inside.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer seam-side down.
Air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer – cook in batches if needed.
For extra crispiness, brush the pizza rolls with melted butter before air frying.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
