If I had to choose 1 sweet thing to live on for the rest of my life, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups would be it. They are actually really easy to make yourself!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 chocolate cookie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until well combined.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Pour the peanut butter filling into the chocolate cookie crust.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the peanut butter filling.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a dark chocolate cookie crust.

If you don’t have heavy cream, you can use milk, but the filling won’t be as fluffy.

Feel free to add a swirl of chocolate ganache on top for extra indulgence.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
