4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight) in the refrigerator.
Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Feel free to substitute your favorite herbs! Oregano and parsley also work beautifully.
